Walker88
Pence can join the Cabinet and invoke the 25th Amendment, removing 45 from power. 45 can contest and claim he isn't incapacitated, but there is a 4 day waiting period where the VP remains in control and 45 does not have Presidential authority. Thus, he cannot fire all of the Cabinet members who voted to remove him. Ideally an independent and bipartisan group of mental health professionals should then be called in to assess 45's mental state. If 4 days pass and 45 somehow regains power, pence can immediately invoke the 25th again, gaining a new 4 days.
Walker88
Bellingcat has accumulated video footage from multiple sources of the terrorists who stormed the Capitol today and will be doxxing all of them. The terrorists committed felonies, so law enforcement will then be able to round them up, charge them, and if found guilty, they will lose the right to own or possess firearms. Bellingcat will also gather registration records at DC area hotels and then match against faces in the Capitol. The new AG, as well as the FBI, is going to be very busy.

Trump may just fire Pence after he announces Biden's victory and install some lackey...like that total nutjob Lin Wood. I wouldn't put it pass Trump to do something batsht crazy in these last two weeks.

This is the limit of 45 removing Pence: S4. 1.1 Impeachment and Removal from Office: Overview. Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Bottom line, Pence's position is secure for the next few weeks then it's AMF!

What were you saying about "brainwashed sheeple?" A brainwashed sheeple is someone who doesn't see storming the capital with the intent to overturn a legitimate, legal election result as sedition. 2

No different. Lots of people in America during that time who sided with the British. All depends on what side of the fence you're on. Or, to put it another way, it's simply a matter of perspective. Granted, one perspective in this case is seriously out of whack. Sedition isn't patriotic.

Joe Biden is the only one who has been saying how this was wrong in so many ways. And Trump did not ever tell his supporters to go home and quit their BS. He continued to say how he was cheated in this election, and therefore, Trump should be held totally responsible for all of todays situation. I think that even Pence will say a few things differently in the future. Geezer Trump's Twitter and Facebook accounts have been suspended. His Twitter account until he takes down three tweets, Facebook for 24 hours. Be better if they shut him up permanently. IMO he should be arrested and charged with sedition, I'm sure Harris would like to. Already there are rumblings about a second impeachment.

Kind of like the ones that went on every night for weeks (months?) in some cities. In fact, this one seemed pretty benign in comparison, with no burnt cars, buildings or destroyed businesses. I don't support them, but I'm pleased that our elected representatives are getting a taste of real life and the consequences of the conditions they create. Like the poor folks in Washington state put up with for months on end. Maybe now, they'll do something about it. Storming a government building with armed forces and forcefully stopping a legal procedure to form a new government isn't a protest. It I treason.
