EMS to the UK.

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, with the current lockdowns in the UK does anyone know if the Thai EMS post is still being delivered? Many thanks.

All good. I sent a parcel by EMS from Bangkok to England a few weeks ago. Tracked all the way and arrived about 5 days after sending. Be aware that you need to show ID when posting. Avoid putting a value on it or UK customs will charge fees and taxes. I normally write "NIL". Select GIFT too if going to a private individual.

Sent parcels to the UK with no issues. Average 10 - 14 days dependent on final location.

Uk to here 5 days recently.

I sent something shoebox sized to the UK from Pattaya a couple of weeks ago. Took about a week. Impressive.

Whilst I was impressed with the EMS delivery speed, the cost was high. It was for my 82yr old mum so it was worth it as she was happy.

Many thanks for your replies. I need to send an A4 envelope with about 30 pages the post office quoted 840 Baht which I think is reasonable in these times as they are piggy backing on DHL.
