See their website: It says:

So when you go to a Shell website do you expect them to sell you some gas?

Their Head office is just off Sukhumvit, just before On Nut if your heading into town i think.

 

It has a showroom they should be able to sort you out.

I'd second that, great shop, very helpful staff and they can order off the catalogue if not in stock. Couple of hundred meters down on soi 64 sukhumvit.

They absolutely can sell you anything that is on the checkstock site, they can probably send it to you as well, however don’t expect them to have everything available to a walk-in sale as the main warehouse is not there and the warehouse isn’t available to walk-in sales.

You can call ahead to check if they have a display sample (they don't automatically  have everything). It usually takes a day or two to get stock from the distribution warehouse. If you know that you absolutely want that item I can give you the name and contact information of the young lady we have used for the last 5 or so years. PM me for that.
