Well, maybe not in Thailand.  But back home, that was a rare and special occasion for many of us.

in Thailand, dinner is expensive at over 1500 baht

 

i would imagine a million baht car is expensive in Thailand.

It says "an expensive Mercedes Benz" indicating it's one of the more expensive models when it's actually pretty much the cheapest.

Yes his driving was erratic but, those driving behind were to close to stop in time, fine them !
