Doctor for Arthritis

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a doctor and/or a clinic for probable arthritis of the knee?

  • 3 weeks later...

I was diagnosed in Phuket as having arthritis in many joints. Feet, hands, shoulder, and I forgot where else. I forgot because after I took a few of the prescribed pills, I decided to change the food that I ate. I thought maybe milk, but I drink only a bit in my morning cappuccino. Then I thought of avoiding refined sugar, which I did. I mean I seriously avoided it. Then my pains slowly diminished, with a bit of pain if ever I ate a piece of chocolate at night.

Now I NEVER eat Thai food, which I consider as poison, because of the sugar content.

Try it. Ask any restaurant if thy have food without sugar added. None.

Restaurants do not cook, they heat up food, and add sauces from the local Super Cheap, sauces which contain 20 to 30% of added sugar. So in reality, it is Super Cheap who is the Chef.

I come home to cook my meal each and every day. No sugar. I make my own sauces. No bottles from Super Cheap. None.

Now I even forgot that I had arthritic pains all over some 5 months ago.

You reminded me...

Sugar from fruit do not affect me though. Not refined sugar I suppose...
