I am looking for recomendation for someone to tile my floor

Check process carefully.  Old way was to use sand and cement to hold tiles  down.  Now there are glue like products that are mixed with sand and cement or used with or instead of sand and cement.  Recommend using them even for a bit of extra cost.  Also you want the entire area under each tile to be in contact with the adhesive mix, no air spaces.  Air spaces provide no support, reduce adhesive area, provide homes for insects and result in hollow sounds when walked on.
