Famous YouTube rapper could face jail after Thai woman fan, 18, claims she was lured into sex

An 18 year old woman called only "A" who comes from Satun in the south of Thailand went to the Khon Kaen Muang district police yesterday to register a complaint about a famous rapper and a woman who she claimed lured her into sex with him.

 

The alleged procurer was named only as B and the rapper as C. He runs a YouTube channel that has had 400 million hits. 

 

A said that she had always been a fan of the rapper and followed his every move as a member of his fan club. 

 

In early January, B, who she understood to be the rapper's girlfriend, contacted her via chat on Facebook to offer her a job in the recording studio arranging food and looking after the place.

 

She would be paid 1,000 baht a day. 

 

The Facebook contact continued on February 3rd when she agreed to the employment. There was never any mention of sex.

 

But when they met on February 5th the talk was all about having sex with the rapper. The girlfriend said she had split up with him.

 

But now she was arranging women for him, it appeared.

 

B arranged a resort room and a G-String for her to wear.

 

Being a fan A felt cornered into accepting the arrangement and the couple ended up having sex three out of four meetings including at the rapper's house.

 

He didn't wear a condom on occasion and B gave A morning after pills. 

 

She said that many other women were lured into sex and no one dared go to the authorities.

 

She wanted to go to the police to stop others falling victim. 

 

The police are investigating whether the law has been broken.

 

Initial inquiries indicate there may be a case under soliciting laws (Article 282).

 

A successful prosecution could see those responsible jailed for up to 10 years and fined up to 200,000 baht.

Sounds to me that she was well aware of the job description and accepted the conditions for her assignment. The only thing she got lured of, was the baht signs blinking in her eyes like she just won the progressive jackpot.

Interesting case. She agreed with all.

If rewarded in court, then technically not any man can have sex anymore.

A woman can always say, after agreeing, she doesnt agree. Also in mariage.

In mariage you also have to take care , as you can have problems.

If your woman says no to sex and still you do have sex with her, it is rape n mariage. She can sue you.

For every time you do have sex , you need to make a contract with consent of agreeing sex and how.

I already, long time ago, had heard such thing and i believe there was even such an app for that.

Dont know if that is stil running.

Not at all, it's the girl procuring that caused the legal problem.

If they guy had hired direct, there would be no problem.

Section 282. Indecency

Whoever, in order to gratify the sexual desire of another person, procures, seduces or takes away for indecent act the man or woman with or without his or her consent, shall be punished with imprisonment of one to ten years and fined of two thousand to twenty thousand Baht.

 

Well that one puzzles me a lot. Red it over and over , but cant get a hold on it.
