quarantine in bangkok vs korat question

Featured Replies

hi folks i'm in quarantine in Bangkok and will get out in a few days, obviously I get a certificate saying i'm free of Covid, so how does this play when it comes to going into another quarantine in  Korat? Does it have any effect?

If not can anyone advise a location to get one of these 600 baht rapid tests they have mentioned in Korat if that is an option.

I am not getting a bus to Korat i'm getting a private car straight from quarantine.

I'd prefer answers based on fact rather than speculation.

thanks

You will not need to go into quarantine in Korat or need another covid test.

The certificate you get when leaving ASQ should be all you need.

Edit: Update

Just saw this in the news.

Read the edit of my post I just did. Quarantine is now not required.

ok thanks ubonjoe, lets hope it holds until sunday

Arrived in Korat just minutes ago. No quarantine or extra controls in place here.

Travelled to Korat yesterday and back the same day. No checkpoints/road-blocks, just loads of people sitting in roadside tents doing absolutely nothing. Are these all the inactive posts that we hear so much about???
