Thai actor and model Porsche - otherwise known as Saran Sirilak - went with his lawyer Nitithorn Kaewto or James to file a complaint for defamation with the Rom Klao police yesterday afternoon.

It is against the Facebook page of Grean Key Bot after they allegedly posted comments that came from his ex Grace Chalita.

Following the posting of text and a picture of him people were commenting about a story that was detrimental to him and his image, he said.

People were claiming that he had assaulted other people and this was untrue, unpleasant and unwelcome.

Daily News suggested in their headline that it looked as though money would need to change hands.

Perhaps the German car company could file a trademark complaint against him? What sort of nitwit thinks they are cool by stealing a stage name from a luxury car brand?

If I were Porsche I would file a counter claim for using their name for such a snowflake.

Will they never learn - the Streisand Effect, now it's all over the news. Still, as a celebrity I guess no publicity is bad publicity.

Not in the picture enough??? so we call the media and file a complaint. Extra attention for him for free

Maybe he just wants to shut his ex down before she starts posting about his 'tackle size'

...with pictures.

Next will be a Gofundme appeal  on Facebook to buy a year's supply of dummies for this immature brat

I thought he'd be thick skinned with a name like Porche.

Apparently you need sunglasses to impress the police in the policestation.

I know people who keep their feet on the ground in my family, and yes they drive also Porsche.

"pôt" as his name pronounces in Thai is one of the soapy "superstar" as my wife would say.

On Twitter you can reach his "@PorchFanclup" (not my typo ????).
Website is "www.porsheclub.com" alias "internal server error" ????????????

Porsche doesn't care, because they know, not a single Thai will be able to pronounce the name correctly any way.

EVEN if they are true, they can still sue.

example:  I rob a bank and get convicted.  100-years in prison.  you say, "robber."

sued.

Porsh sha is how my wife (Thai) says that name. This guy looks like he would play ruggy,  Not Rugby. He looks a

bit too light to have fun with rugby.  My opinion anyway.

Geezer

Unbelievably true, that you can speak the truth in Thailand and still get sued.
