Every glass shop will be able to custom order it for you, you may not like the custom price. Every window shop will be able to make the frame, most will be able to custom order the glass.

Just ensure it's safety or laminated glass.

one shop (grafinger) quoted me 8000 incl install and vat for 225by 35, is the price reasonable?

Impossible to answer, is the glass laminated or toughened (if not I would not install it) and what is the thickness? The only way you will find out is by getting quotes from more than one place.
