Requested twice confirmation. No response. That is improper. At least a tracing number should be provided

I "registered" with this email address a few days ago and have received no response. 

But to be fair, I didn't really expect one simply because they aren't going to receive the vaccines until next month so until then they can't really give you a time, date or location for your vaccination.

I think a little bit of patience is needed here and it may be worth pursuing of registration options as well.
