Business owners, employees, freelances (bars, restaurants, hotels, entertainement etc.) can not work because of the virus.

But it's a little bit too much to ask them... to just die while doing nothing and watching the virus drama on TV.

HIV back when it was ua 100% death sentence and nobody knew much at all about how it spread, didnt stop the fun, so why should something that so far 9t touch wood, most people recover from? Also, everyone,  in the entire world will either get covid or be vaccinated. The only thing all this ban on fraternization is about is to keep our healthcare systems functional. In Thailand they like to put on a show how much they love their country and care for their people, but the reality is , sadly that the government does not help its people. Nobody else helps the masseuses either. Rather the spas could not wait to get rid of their masseuses with NO pay. Let them fall like dirt.

 

Now, the spa owners want to cut off their only means of livelihood. Because they are afraid that the masseuses going direct will cost them business. That's all.  I had a masseuses during the lockdown, no covid whatsoever. They are extremely careful. The business owners know this. It's all about them protecting their business.
