Ignored users last option.

Enter username

Hover your cursor over the members name on a post, the box pops up like yours did when I hovered over it.  Click the ignore button and this box pops up

If you're on a desktop you can also just hover over their avatar and the option to ignore will appear along with a few other options

I have been trying to ignore myself all day but I can not get the settings to pop up...lol

You will not see any of a members posts if you put them on ignore.
