What does 'saow wow' mean?

It's Isaarn Lao for shut up,or shut your mouth or stop talking

เงียบๆ  ngiiap with falling tone. Say it twice to create more emphasis. I'm sure there are other ways to say it as well, some more polite than others.

In Lao ເຊົາເວົ້າ (saow wow) is stop speaking or หยุดพูด in Thai. เซ้าเว่า (saow wow) is my transliteration from Lao to Thai and it might not be perfect.
In Lao ຫຸບປາກ (หุบปาก) is shut up and is also used in Isaan.
หุบปาก is stronger than เซ้าเว่า but I don’t plan to test that theory.
