Covid test documentation strictness

Flying in to Phuket soon (domestic).  Currently looking for rapid covid test in Bangkok.  How strict are airlines re covid test results?  Result on phone ok, printed form or official certificate? Don't want any surprises at bkk.

I went to airport asking about that.

 

Nobody had any idea.

 

I went to security check, to check in, to Air company desk...

 

It seems that you must show an official printed document. But actually they have no exact idea about how that document looks like.

    The rapid test result was sufficient.  Checked during checkin at bkk and again upon landing.  Had the cert handy but not asked for.
