DVD Player (Blu Ray and Multi Region)

Featured Replies

My old Samsung DVD (Blu Ray Multi Region) player has become unreliable.I have a feeling it will be difficult to replace and the obvious options (Lazada etc) don't seem helpful.Does anyone have an idea where I might procure a new one in Bangkok.

Maybe at one of those high end audio shops ( pinyatas ? ) at emporium or whatever mall if you have lots of money

I would have a look around the local area for a pawn shop  they have lots of stuff sitting around from decades ago that they cant shift.

You might be able to get it repaired in the Ban Mo  area of Bangkok

Your terminology is all over the shop. Samsung DVD(Blu-ray multi region)??

So it's a Samsung Blu-ray player that can also play DVDs; not a "Samsung DVD" Is it Multi-region for both Blu-ray and DVD or just DVD?

Rare for a Blu-ray player to be Multi-region without a hardware modification. DVD; not a problem.

So tidy up your post. Not an issue to obtain a Blu-ray player and to make the DVD player part Multi region. Blu-ray discs will still be region limited.
