webfact Posted July 13, 2021 Posted July 13, 2021 Picture: Daily News Major Cineplex announced they were five of its movie theatres in Bangkok with immediate effect until Sunday July 25th as a Covid-19 prevention measure, reported Daily News. They are at Ratchayothin, Rangsit, Pin Klao, Sukhumvit and Esplanade (Ngam Wong Wan - Bang Khae Road). I don't understand how Major is suddenly closing theaters that are already closed? What is the impetus for this announcement by Major and this story in ThaiVisa/AsiaNow? This was like 6 months ago
