Transport Co Completely Halts Passenger Bus Services

BANGKOK, July 21 – State-owned Transport Co completely halted its inter-provincial bus services from July 21 to Aug 2 to support COVID-19 control.

 

Its managing director, Sanyalak Panwattanalikhit, said the service suspension complied with the government’s decision to intensify disease control measures in a bid to contain the virus. The service stoppage supported the government’s request for general people to postpone unnecessary inter-provincial trips.

I notice there are no replies to this. Maybe because there's already the news on the Phuket thread about the effect there. For those of us who have family or property in Thailand and want to return it's going to make getting home very difficult.

Why does the Sky Train never get closed.....Not once......And 7-11s too...Not once....The building of the high speed rail has not stopped........

 

The answer is simple....Covid hates all  C P owned businesses......So no need for them to close.....

In Pattaya all mobile phone shops are closed.
