Went to TukCom, then Big C South. Both closed. How about Central Festival or another location?

I just checked the eastern region here on their website and found no shop that was open in Pattaya.

Right opposite Big-CX, Telewiz isn't it? Actually I never found that shop much use, anybody in there is just playing on their own phones, and not interested and scared of needing to speak English. The one in Central Festival BR was better but apparently closed.

And why everything except food is closed is hard to understand.

The rules allow telecommunications as essential business?

I have seen a video where not only the bank micro branch has been closed but even the ATMs being switched off. Crazy.

 

 

At the AIS outlet in Marina/Big C , second Rd. While the store is closed the top up machines are open in front of gate

My regular drinking water delivery did not turn up last week..... I wonder if they are allowed or not.... you know the type, a pick up loaded with the big plastic bottles. My Mrs goes through a gallon each day! 

open yesterday in Big C - - but in Chiang Mai...

Of course local for deep red zone with mall closures.
