I thought they originally ordered a much lesser number then wanted to increase it later..... heaven knows what the truth is....

Of course you're right. After all, being vaccinated only means that for every 1 vaccinated person who dies, 99 of the unvaccinated will. Foolish people who believe 99 to 1 odds are significant.
