I received this with a 15 day wait period for my first 60 day extension at Pathum Thani Immigration. They told me to have a motor bike guy bring my PP after15 days? What is this? I lived here for 10 years in late 90's and never was put "Under consideration"?

Standard procedure because the extension has to be approved somewhere higher up.

I have never heard of anybody getting denied, so there is nothing to worry about, just go back at the given date and you get the extension.

Apparently you applied for a 60 day covid 19 extension that requires approval at the division level of immigration which in your case is Division 3 in Bangkok.

I already turned in my tm30 weeks ago to Immigration. I understand I have to appear in person first time. So I can forget about the motorbike and go myself with 90 day docs?

You could do both on the same day. You can do it yourself since the motorbike was a suggestion.

Are you sure they want you to do a 90 day report while on covid 19 extensions. Many office don't require them
