Ummm, wasn't there a case recently of a police officer in the UK mudering a woman for sex?

 

And very many of US police killing suspects in custody by accident?

So, I'm guessing this happens everywhere? If you only want to live in a country where police are trustworthy and competent you would literally have nowhere to live, because police everywhere are plain stupid and incompetent. Otherwise they wouldn't be policemen.
