Are there any suggestions, any ideas how they would even begin to achieve this?

not a massive task it seems considering the now undisclosed arrivals which are likely so small now they have decided to keep the numbers a secret

Single men at risk? The katoeys in soi Bangla are at risk, not these single men!

Isn't that the other way around?

“SHA Plus managers must closely monitor these risk groups for the maximum safety of tourists,” Col Thanet said.

This is confusing.

The poor lady that was murdered was not in the SHA Plus program at the time that she was murdered. She had finished her 14 days quarantine, left the SHA Plus hotel and was travelling around Phuket staying in other hotels. She would probably still be alive had she stayed where she was originally.

Whilst I believe that Phuket is generally a safe place to visit, ramping up security in the SHA Plus scheme will not really help to prevent something similar from happening again.

In the 15 days I recently spent there I only saw one copper clamping a scooter and one flash from the overhead speed cam as I left in a great hurry ????
