Controls work, turntable goes round but the only heat generated is around where I guess the magnetron is. It's a big old combi and doesn't get used that often hence if repair possible at a reasonable price I would rather do that then buy a new one. Of course you do not have to try it after repairing / testing whiteout the metal cover complete replacing , and fixing it the correct way ......????
