I did same as you, paid deposit for one dose of Moderna as a booster to my existing free Thai MOPH jabs earlier in year.

 

The THG LINE app questionnaire caters for all combinations of single/double Moderna jabs, or as a booster to all existing vaccines available until now in Thailand.
