90 day report Pattaya update

Featured Replies

Any advice on latest requirements appreciated. Can it be done 2 weeks early or 1 week after required report date? Is appointment required? Are any paperwork forms like TM47 required or just a copy of previous 90 day report slip? Thanks for feedback ...

It can be done 14 days early or 6 days after the report date (rules say 15 before and 7 after but that includes the report date).

You only need your passport and report receipt at Pattaya. No need for a copy of the receipt unless want to have it.

I would advise not leaving it too late and going before or on the due date. I have been about 3 days late before and they start to complain and get a bit grumpy!

My last one I was 8 days late (forgot).  When he asked why, I said "Covid", he couldn't get me out the door fast enough.  ????

Somewhat related: entering Thailand via Phuket Sandbox, then continuing to Pattaya (where I normally do the 90 days and where the TM30 was submitted) - when should my first 90 days report be done? do I need to submit TM30 again?

The 90 day report is due 90 days from the day you entered the country.

A TM30 will not be required if returning to the same address used before.
