Two companies with attached work permits at the same address - any restrictions?

I have a company registered in Chonburi and I would also like to be able to work from a building in Chiang Mai.

 

The building in Chiang Mai already has a company in it and that company has a work permit attached it (not mine).

 

Is the any reason I can't add the CM building as a branch of my Pattaya office, pop a company sign up outside and operate out of the same location?

 

Or are there rules about how many work permits or companies can use the same address?

Under the new rules you can work anywhere if you have a work permit.

Before you needed to have your 2nd workplace added to your work permit.

No need to put up a sign.

There are some buildings in Thailand that have literally hundreds of businesses running out of them. As long as you are using (at least) some space within the building that is unique to your business (no problem with some shared facilities) I cannot imagine why there could possibly be an issue.
