Hi all I bought a bike years ago and the green book was sent to the wrong address, so I never received it, and had no luck recovering it, I want to send it from Phuket to Phrae, to use as a farm bike but can't do so without the book, can anybody think of a way to do this? Thanks

Well all had to do at the time was report it missing at the DLT and get another book sent the correct address.

You can still do that now.

Is the bike still up to date with tax/inspections? if you still paid the tax yearly, you can report the original book lost and it's not much of a hassle

If it's been deregistered from the system, then that's a whole load of trouble

Get a duplicate of the green motor vehicle registration first. You cannot pay taxes nor proof legal ownership which includes the hinderance of moving the vehicle from A to B.

For a normal interprovincial transport usually it is suffice to enclose a photocopy of the vehicle registration showing the vehicle details, the owner's details as well as the last page(s) with updated road tax payment.
