Totally mystified by the connection between a particular budgetary year and the early closure of a certain immigration office on one day at the end of said budgetary year. Might CW need to devote half a day's collective effort to totting up all the extension of stay, re-entry permit, etc fees generated over the preceding 12 months on an abacus, perhaps??
