I am soon going to apply for a coe , I wondered which browser to use with an ipad. Does anyone have any recommendations.

Not on an ipad, but the London Embassy form application gave "invalid" for my contact phone numbers and email in Firefox and Chrome no matter how I formatted them, but it finally worked in MS Edge, which I guess is not an option for you.

 

So, my advice is to suck it and see with whatever browsers you use and don't get too frustrated if one doesn't work - just try another.

The first page of the COE website has this.

I used Safari w/o any issues.
