Is there a time limit after license expires you can still renew?? It's a 2 yr going for a 5 yr if that matters.

understand from previous thread posts that after one year expory you have to do full local testing to renew and also a two year DL can be routinely renewed for a five year DL providing you have a longstay visa or pink ID / yellow house book.

As said you have 1 year to renew a Thai DL.

If you go over,   you wouldn't need to take a test if you have your valid Home DL from your country.
