does anyone knows a condo project (old or new) with a big swimingpool (25 meter up) in CM?

DCondo Ping has a massive swimming pool.

But I think all swimming pools are still closed.

Nakornping condo is an older project with pool and convenient location. Also, condo staff is nice and easy to work with. Search online or check the bulletin board in the lobby.

The One Chiangmai condo near Central Festival claims that it will have the biggest pool in Chiang Mai. I don't know how they define "the biggest pool", but if you are looking for such may be worth going to their onsite sales building and asking for further information. The condos themselves are still being built but the basic structure is there.

Next to Central Festival w/walkways connecting in are the D Condos - as mentioned above - each project has a pretty big sized swimming pool... nicely maintained... lots of reasonably priced rentals available - - and I would rent there before you buy.. 

 

ps. I know someone who has a couple of rental units in a couple of the different projects there that are probably available for rental, no agent involved.
