I have had Hotmail for many years, but it has given me problems I have not had with Gmail or Yahoo. Is it possible to do anything so that when someone emails me on Hotmail, the email goes straight to Gmail or Yahoo?

Is it possible that not changing to Outlook could be problematic in any way?

You can forward your mails to another account. Log in to your account and go to "Options".

Another way would be to use Thunderbird and gather all incoming mails from any account in a local folder.

I still have a more than15 year old Hotmail account working perfectly using Mail in Windows 10.

Do you get your Newsletter OK on Hotmail? I can't. Nearly every time I put a email in the archives, it just disappears. I have to forward it to Yahoo to keep it safe for me.

Thanks for the comments about archiveing in Gmail.
I used Loxinfo for many many  years, simple to you nothing ever deleted without me asking it too, unfortunately Loxinfo will cease operation in the next few months.
I am trying Gmail but it looks too crowded and complicated, your warning will help me find an alternative way to save emails.

I do not need a Newsletter, I simply log on to Asean and all is revealed.

I do tend to delete most emails after I have read them, or put them in my own categories if I need to keep them. Never used Archives.

Everybody has their own way of doing things, I get the Newsletter now on Gmail.

I use Mail, Windows 11, where I can list all the email accounts I and my wife have, and they all come to there, on either of my PCs or phone.
