My beef was my pension has been withheld twice because I had not received a life form, the IPC when checking said DWP had sent one and will get them to send another. Last time I called IPC uk was still EU and I asked why can't they inform me when sending a life form. They would only say Life forms are sent at random from the Netherlands and they are informed sometime after they are sent I wonder if things have changed.
