webfact
Picture: Daily News Daily News reported that the Department of Special Investigation and the Pattani provincial police in a joint operation made more arrests of a gang smuggling marijuana across borders. Three days ago they had arrested 4 suspects in a 200 kilo case worth 10 million baht. This time they expanded the inquiry and arrested two men in an Isuzu who were driving ahead as lookouts. This led to an six wheel truck being stopped at a PTT gas station in Hat Yai, Songkhla and the arrest of its driver from Narathiwas. Found in the back hidden under straw was one ton of compressed ganja worth 50 million baht. Pol Maj-Gen Phiphop Marohabut said this gang was one and the same and they had no fear of the law. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2021-10-18 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow ASEAN NOW on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates Get your business in front of millions of customers who read ASEAN NOW with an interest in Thailand every month - email [email protected] for more information

PETERTHEEATER
I think those three anonymous policemen crouched in front of the ganja haul did well to capture the gang of over twenty felons. Well done!

ArcticFox
Needless to say the Friends of Anutin "grass-growers" don't want the competition. Which also explains why every Thai family can't grow 6 marijuana plants "like any other household herb" like Khun Spreaks-With-Forked-Tongue promised.
