NoshowJones
A big plate of porridge with oatbran added six days a week about 9.30 after my bike ride, and a small English breakfast every Sunday as a small treat. That does me until my evening meal at 4pm. Edited October 20, 2021 by possum1931

I use the local ones but timing is difficult. The last ones I had, even after 5 days, they were still hard. I prefer the "Hass avocados" I put them in a cardboard box….a shoe box is great…..then they ripen, but must check every day.
Mansell
Hot drink with apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and honey, breakfast itself could be either muesli with strawberries, banana, bran flakes, and fat free milk. Or buckwheat pancakes with an egg and little milk in the mix, add sliced frozen strawberries in as well, cook, then on the plate with honey and a mashed banana. For those wondering the Buckwheat pancake mix is sold in the supermarket at Central near the beach in Pattaya…….seems to be the only place that sells it.
Bundooman
Wake up 4:30am. Shower, shave, sh*t, shampoo - get dressed. Get the kettle going. Drink warm-to-hot water with lemon/lime. 2 eggs boiled for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, Three TBS of muesli cereal with a little milk. Maybe a banana. Mug of coffee, milk and honey. Another mug of coffee at 8am. Sometimes, I will have a full English breakfast on holiday somewhere. Sometimes, sticky rice & BBQ pork on sticks Sometimes, Pad Krapao Kai dao, Suki, Sometimes, whatever takes my fancy - depending on what my wife cooks/buys/makes. Sometimes, just water and hot coffee. Ready for an apple, handful of nuts, a couple of dates and ginger tea at lunch time. Sometimes, a few Chang beers, Sometimes, a couple of Saowarot Gins with Schweppes tonic/bitter lemon Sometimes, what's in the fridge My days are quite variable and more than enough for me. At 77, my weight has alternated between 63 -70Kls Plenty of exercise in the garden and the stairs for fitness. Workouts at 5am, 45 minutes on the treadmill and a healthy sex life keeps me young! Sometimes, I feel very young - sometimes, I feel achy and sometimes, but rarely, I feel <deleted>**ing old!

Stupooey
Breakfast is my one exception to the rule to always eat what the locals eat, as I find the standard Asian breakfast - finishing up the leftovers from the night before - does not necessarily give the energy boost the body craves first thing in the morning. My standard breakfast has become a bowl of yoghurt mixed with honey and whatever fruits the garden is supplying that day (mango, papaya, banana, pineapple, jackfruit, star fruit, mangosteen, plus a few others known only to the indigenous population), topped with muesli. Followed by toast, butter and marmalade/jam, all washed down with freshly ground coffee. So good that I now have to make it for 'er indoors as well.

RafPinto
Today, it was again: Started the day with a glass of hot water with lemon. Apple, Avocado, Mango, Banana with yoghurt, honey and cinnamon. An hour later, 2 boiled eggs with dark bread and coffee plus a slice of bread with peanut butter. Keeps me going to at least 2-3 pm. But I wouldn't get in a car with her afterwards unless the windows were open. That looks like what I eat for breakfast sometimes, not everyday, except I don't have toast with it, preferring hash browns. Don't have black pudding either. This morning I ate 4 small bacon slices, baked beans, 3 hash browns, 3 fried eggs, fried onion and mushrooms. Yummy. If I have sausages I won't have bacon. I won't eat anything rest of the day, though I might have a hot dog for a snack later. Yesterday I had a banana for breakfast and 2 salad sandwiches for lunch.

Still got 6 kg to go to get back to my weight in the 90s.
