Surely "all cars with kids" do have at least one inside, kid that is.

    Now that is sensible - but how about also subsidising them so ordinary Thais can afford them

  • Wait!  What?  Boost child car safety.   Are they mad.?  The family car is a motor bike that seats 7 people.  They ride passed traffic officer after traffic  officer.  I see children that look under 10

They can't even enforce the crash helmet law the biggest cause of motorbike deaths and let's face it it doesn't take much intelligence to figure out who isn't wearing one.
