Is the Vaccination Record Card from CDC in US acceptable form of proof of Vaccination? Seems a bit informal to be used for international travel but that's all they gave me

I would also like to know this. Singapore Airways has a digital only requirement that I can’t adhere to just to transit through Singapore. 

Except for Singapore, the CDC card is honored by most. 

 

I was assured that vaccination card is all I need but most airlines ask for QR code.

Trouble coming.

It's mostly accepted.  Singapore Air and the Azores are exceptions.  Probably other places as well.  Ridiculous that the US doesn't have a digital certificate. 

Just found something about IATA Travel pass app. Airline supposedly gives you a 6 digit access code to set up

There are several of these digital pass apps now, but they are not universally accepted, and you can only apply for certain ones depending on where you were vaccinated.  Can I just take a photo of my vaccination card and download it for the Thailand Pass? 

Make sure it doesn't say "MADERNA" ????
