No. If you go in person you can go until Friday at latest without a fine (7 day grace period).

You could also have done up to two weeks before due date.

If your office is Pattaya/Jomtien, check the situation. Now closed for a Covid case.

I got my 90 days notification last 4th November without any problem and fee, just 5 days after the proper date.

At least in Jomtien Immigration office, I don't know about other one

Its a published rule. So hopefully other offices follow.

Khon Kaen surely does.
