ThaiPass application question related to question "Flight"

In the ThaiPass application towards the end of the application they request information on "Flight".  Specifically singular.  If you are traveling to Thailand and the trip requires multiple flights with the same airline such as LAX to Qatar (Doha) which is one flight and then a short layover and a second flight from Doha to Phuket, which flight number do they want listed or do they want both flight numbers or just the last flight number that arrives in Thailand? Anyone had their application kicked back related to this issue? Thanks.

On the CoE thet required transit location ( if relevant ), basically all flights had to be listed.

 

If it was me i'd list all of them, what harm can it do?
