Immigration problems with DTV?
Stories go around it might be much more difficult to apply in the near future hence many now try to obtain it. The 5 year sticker or visa is whatever that is worth, at the end it is still just 6 months per extension regardless. I would not think that having obtained the 5 year one earlier changes or adds any value if it otherwise is dodgy already. -

How so? Why would a country seeking to tamper down abuse receive bad press? On the contrary, the changes should help. I can't speak to other locations, but in Hua Hin, some of the shops are located in restaurant row and near high tourist traffic areas. The tourists are often elderly or young families and not interested in cannabis. The shop opposite my favourite tapas place attracts some really pathetic customers. They fire up in front of the shop sending their stinky smoke into the people trying to have dinner. Last time I was there, many people were complaining. Sometimes the cannabis users try to light up in the bars.They are told not to, and then they have hissy fits. There doesn't look like there was any planning for these shops. -

Surely if you want to avoid unnecessary comments and wasting your own time, it would be advisable to read this (fairly short) thread. I mentioned in several posts that I exercise every day for the past 25 years by brisk walking of 5-10km. But thanks anyway for your advice 🙂
