they are starting from 3900.

On agoda now you can get slightly cheaper (before it was the opposite - same hotels were cheaper when booked directly). But beware of hotels charging well below that - looks, like they are not legit and do expect serious problems on entry, even if you get your thailand pass. The pcr alone is 2400b, taxi 500b

Sha plus hotels only seem to offer the test and go and the ASQ hotels offer test and go, 7 day and 10 day quarantine, but i'm no authority on this.

 

Best to check with the hotel before you make a booking
