Trying to find book about faces of Thai people
My friend is mentioning a book but does not know the name. It has to do with the 24 Faces of Thai people. Does anyone know the book title? I really want to read this. It has to do with how Thais are different, or how they present themselves differently in certain situations. I had a really good Thai friend who runs a bar and now she is giving me the cold shoulder and I have no clue what I did to deserve such treatment. This is what triggered me wanting to read this book. -

I am a KBank customer and have also received this email today and scratching my head about what to do about it specially as I only visit Thailand for less than 180 days each year and NOT a US citizen. Is this 'Support your local Thai accountant' week or something?- 1

Yes I moved away from LOS with my Thai wife many years ago My wife has a good job here and I get a good pension I could not afford to pay health insurance in Thailand which I do have here.free. Thailand is not a good country for disabled people I am 77 now- 1

Climate Talks in Turmoil Over Fossil Fuel Debate and Financial Commitments
I support climate change action. I do not support a financial shakedown by corrupt nations who refuse to provide a transparent and honest undertaking with what they would do with the money they demand. China is one of the worst pollution enablers. It constructs coal burning power generation plants, and heavy polluting industry facilities for profit in these countries and then demands that western countries subsidize the damage mitigation efforts necessitated by its own activity. India is another of the world's worst offenders and refuses to undertake even the most basic of water pollution mitigation initiatives. Russia has been pumping oil in Siberia with the result of some of the most catastrophic oil pipeline and water spill results in the world. its response is to incarcerate or to kill anyone who reports on the environmental catastrophe. It is time for western nations to grow a backbone and say no to the extortion.
