Indoors Children's playareas

Are there any children's playareas open in any of the shopping places such as Harbourland or the top level at Royal Garden?

Water parks are open, schools are open & cinemas are open.

Harbor Mall on Pattaya Klang have play areas, I was in today but not sure they are open as no one using them.

I have been told this is the place to take your kids.... but most times it seems to be completely empty!

There's a play area next to the food court in Big C Extra, it's open but also empty.
