If many international travelers are getting arrested,

They were not in this example.

No customers were fined or arrested and the situation stayed calm as in prior raids on this venue customers attempted to escape potential fines or being detained by fleeing into the sea or the woods nearby.

What are customers supposed to do?

ask to see their business license before entering, plus most tourists can't read Thai, or know if the license is legit or not??

How can they get away with it 5 times without something being done. Close the place indefinatly for not obeying the law and if they open again lock up the manager and staff for a week or so, they will soon comply.

You really believe this is the only obvious  place doing this? There are so many others in plain site violating the government  orders, but this appears to be the only place targeted.

Leave them alone! The brown shirts continual raiding here in Pattaya is dreadful.

No it isnt.  One or two street over from the police  station there are plenty bars with no SHA or SHA+ and no ones bothering them for some reason
