Hi all. Some help please. I have installed a new, large screen, audio unit into my car. Is it possible to upload, install, software into this unit. If so I guess via the USB port ? I have a spotify account & am not sure how to install, download into the new unit. Needless to say not at all IT literate. Thanks.

Does your new head unit have Android auto ?

Or did you just upgrade the screen and keep the stock head unit ?

Read the manual that came with the unit.

Use the bluetooth function and pair it with your phone.

Make and model of the unit would help.

I have installed 2 units in my E46 4.4 KitKat 7 years ago and now the Eonon carplay 10  has wifi and bluetooth also comes with Easy connect to android or apple ...to get APK on unit just use your house WIFI  through the head unit and log onto your Google account go to play store and download what APK you want ..then go to install manager and install it

reading a English translated Chinese manual ...they don't really go into the whole lot better off googling Android multi media system manuals
