Can anyone recommend a handyman type of contractor who can repair condo stuff like, replace water heater, general painting, electrics, replace pipe fittings, etc? For as and when needed repairs.

Also someone to do regular zircon maintenance my last guy suddenly got very expensive tastes (4 grand to gas an aircon!!!!!). I dont want to ask the condo people as I think they are one of the reasons the prices went up nudge nudge wink wink.
