I've searched up all the forums but still can't find it and its urgent. I am leaving for Phuket next week and don't have a vaccine passport / vaccine certificate. I got 2 doses already from Bang sue. There is no 13 digit number on it to register for the vaccine passport. What do I do? Please help! I've looked everywhere :(

 

When I did my first shot 3 weeks ago they would not vaccinate me until we got paper with that 13 digit id number. The nurse directed me upstairs to get it and issued a paper with that number on it. Only then they gave me my first dose with the date for the 2nd dose.

 

Today went to Bang Sue to get my 2nd dose.

 

After the waiting/monitoring area there is a table staffed by about 6 Thais where one can request/collect a print out of the vaccine certificate but it has that 13 digit number on it.

 

Maybe you need to go back to Bang Sue to get that 13 digit number linked to your vaccines and then you can also register with the mor prom app.
