Do I really need to declare tax?
It will be difficult for anyone to help assess your situation unless you identify your home country (due to differences in DTAs) and the annual amount of pension you receive. Further, a DTA does not automatically exempt one from paying taxes in Thailand. The actual wording of the DTA specifies which country has primary or secondary (or any) taxation authority at all. -

In defiance of Trump, I think Nato should put troops on the ground in Ukraine.
It's only bad when the enemy of the day, Iran, Russia etc does it. When it's US personnel waterboarding people that's just mild interrogation. -

Father and Son Killed in Motorbike Crash After Visiting Amulet Market
Picture from responders. A father and son were killed in a road crash after their motorbike was struck by a speeding car in Ratchaburi. CCTV footage captured the devastating collision, which took place on Phetkasem Road in Tha Rab Subdistrict, Mueang District. Police and emergency services arrived at the scene to find a black Proton car with a crumpled front end and a detached rear fittings, parked by the roadside. The driver, identified as Sarawut Kongthongjeen, 38, from Nakhon Si Thammarat, sustained injuries and was taken to Ratchaburi Hospital for treatment. Nearby, officers discovered a severely damaged red-and-black Yamaha motorbike, along with the lifeless bodies of Jetsada Boonart, 39, and his father Boonsoek Boonart, 60. Both men, who were from Photharam District, had been thrown from their bike upon impact, with one landing against a wall. Initial investigations revealed that the father and son had spent the morning browsing and purchasing Buddhist amulets at the Kobkul Market in Tha Rab. As they were riding home on their motorbike, with Boonsoek driving and Jetsada sitting pillion, they were struck from behind by the Proton car, which was travelling at high speed. The force of the impact sent them crashing into a wall and a utility pole, killing them instantly. Police are now examining CCTV footage from the area to establish the exact cause of the crash and determine whether the driver of the car will face legal action. -- 2025-03-06 -

Zelinsky: The End Is Near
Sooooo, America should immediately discontinue relations with China, a country that does not love America, and acts badly in Tibet and against the Uighers. -

The School of the Americas, now known as the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, is a U.S. military training facility located in Fort Benning, Georgia, that has trained many Latin American military personnel since its founding in 1946. It has faced significant criticism for its association with human rights abuses and the training of military leaders involved in atrocities in their home countries.
