Not often that you see The Move, precursor of the Electric Light Orchestra, posted here.  Here's a '70 Beat Club performance of Brontosaurus after a line-up change that brought Jeff Lynne to the group.

I was never a fan of Heart but this performance was worth putting on replay.  Nice find, jvs.  Must have been challenging for the guitar soloist with Page in the audience.

The Who performing I Can't Explain on some unknown broadcast and date.  Gotta be '65 given the short haircuts.

Yes, another cracker from the Who.

The Hollies performing Bus Stop live on Top Of The Pops in June '66.

Think I posted Bus Stop recently. Or I may have imagined that I did.

If you only had this video to go by then Joe certainly had a lot of well-rounded, fulsome, bosom chums.

Cocker has got to be one of my favourite vocalists for both his unique raspy vocals and his naturally animated body movements.  The Letter, with the great Leon Russell, live off of the ' 70 Mad Dogs & Englishmen LP.

Saw him Adelaide circa '78.

He was <deleted> as a fart and got more drunk as it went along.

Fabulous man.

LOL, it's difficult to keep track.  Still, Bus Stop evokes very particular and pleasant memories for me so hearing it twice, or thrice, is just fine by me.  I was living back in Germany at the time of the song's release.  I remember that in '66 the exchange rate was 1 USD to 4 DM.  It was a precursor in a way for me to the 1 USD to 45 THB exchange rate that we had back in 2001.

I've always had a sweet tooth and these Rumkugeln (rumballs) were only 10 Pfennig apiece at the time.  A mere 2-1/2 cents!  What heaven!!

Good ol' rock 'n' roll still does it for me.

There are certain acts I wish I could have witnessed.  Actually, too many when I get to thinking about it.  I would have loved to have seen Rory.  You can color me green on this one.

I'm green with envy again.  My ideal would have been to see him with Leon on piano.
